Launched in March 2012, Loretta Anne is a new stunning superyacht by Dubois. It is a 47-meter vessel with a sleek streamline hull that flaunts a fresh, modern design. Built by Alloy Yachts, it has gorgeous interiors by Donald Starkey.

The main feature of Loretta Anne is the high level of comfort that it provides for all its guests. All its spaces communicate fluently with each other, ensuring a seamless transition from one area to another, and from one deck to another. Also, there are some areas on the vessel that have two or even more purposes, in order to make optimum use of every available inch. One of the VIP cabins for instance can be easily and quickly converted into a fully functional gym.

With two and a half decks, the yacht is large enough to comfortably transport and accommodate up to 8 people, plus the owner. The guest cabins are located on the lower deck, where there is also a central lobby. They all have en-suite facilities with shower areas, and flaunt luxe finishes throughout. The aforementioned convertible guest cabin is also located on this level.

In all, there are three VIP cabins and one twin cabin, plus a full beam master suite for the owner. The master stateroom is the most lavish of all, with huge windows, luxe curvy furnishings, and a warm color palette. The suite also features separate his and hers bathrooms, a private office, storage facilities, and a walk-in wardrobe.

Once boarded on the Picchio boat, you will understand what it means to float into opulence. The famous designer Christian Grande is the master behind the unusual lines of this catamaran (boat with two floats) that serves as a swing, reading room, veranda and even as a private island for travelers.

The gorgeous boat boasts natural elements, celebrating the wind and the water through its lines and finishes. Also, the concept used by Christian Grande permits the access of light and soothing sounds of the water inside the boat.
The arch between the two floats has an unusual design, in a rectangular shape, which awakes the interest of the passionate travelers and provides the catamaran its own identity.

The boat is equipped with some unique “accessories”: two folding bikes with Brooks saddle, designed to offer the Picchio experience even when you’re not at sea, a set of high quality leather bags and twine, and a set of folding chairs for directors, from teak and stainless steel, which are flexible and comfortable. The set is completed by cotton scarves in different color combinations and by the towels made from natural materials, without chemical treatments.

 However, even if this gorgeous catamaran convinced you of the fact that it’s worth 5.9 Million Euro ($8 million), you still have to wait for one year and a half in order to enjoy the Picchio experience, because the manufacturers have announced that the launch will take place in 2015. As for its “satellite” complements, while the marine tender will go for 59.400 Euro ($80,0000, the bike is to be 1.000 Euro ($1,350). The travel set is priced at 2.970 Euro ($4,000), the director’s chair is 500 Euro ($677) and the foulards are for 100 ($135).

MAJESTY 135 YACHT

A dazzlingly opulent work signed Gulf Craft, this particular vessel is actually the second embodiment of the Majesty 135 series...

The UAE-based shipyard does know its business very well, as we can clearly see when setting our eyes upon this yacht. An absolutely marvelous combination of brightness, freshness and luxury, the Majesty 135 combines lavish spaces with superbly garnished surfaces. The exterior is sleek yet confident, with a purely crisp white paintjob all over. Measuring 41 meters LOA (135 feet to be precise), it stuns our sights with its elegant presence. The main aft cockpit is generous in size and pleasant to live in, combining classic touches with all sorts of modern amenities – wicker chairs, large sofa aft, al fresco, dining area and reception bar.

As we head inside, we can’t help noticing the stainless steel framed glass doors of the main saloon, enclosing an incredibly spacious yet superbly elegant main saloon. It is gorgeously decked with exquisite essences like white onyx, Crema Marfil, Corinthian beige marble and Anigre wood, in addition to a soothing scheme. The open plan main saloon is able to provide a main dining space and lounge area, both boasting round features, cozy amenities and delicate materials.

The dining area sports a large glass-topped table with modern, round chairs able to accommodate up to 10 guests for all sorts of meals and occasions. The large galley, another one of the vessel’s highlights, is able to provide a comfy breakfast area for up to 8 guests. As for the main deck, it houses a luxurious VIP suite fore with lush en suite, walk-in wardrobe and large stateroom. The VIP suite can even be named the secondary master suite, a place which is in fact located on the second floor. The large master suite provides a sea of luxury, with mini-bar area and private lobby, alongside a spacious stateroom with lounge spaces and desk, lush hers and his en suites, as well as well as walk-in wardrobe.

Just like the en suites, the stateroom is flooded by natural light – an extremely welcoming space for everyone aboard. Top notch entertainment systems like here, natural design scheme, 65-inch flatscreen TV, iPod docking station and ample storage space. The master suite further opens to a gorgeously large semi-private aft deck perfect for relaxation, lounging and dining. Heading downwards we notice four additional, opulently appointed guest suites – two twins and two doubles. They are light, stylish and fitted with everything you’d like.

The last hooray is upstairs – a big flybridge perfect for relaxation, all day long, providing breathtaking panoramas all around, barbecue area and bar.

Azimut Grande 120SL

Flaunting an irresistible combination of comfort, luxury and performance, the superb Azimut Grande 120SL made its official debut at the 2011 Cannes Boat Show. It has a gorgeous exterior by Stefano Righini Design and fabulous interiors by Carlo Galeazzi. The 120-foot vessel is the most exclusive creation of Azimut Yachts, and a star of the Azimut Benetti Group.

At a first glance, the luxury yacht impresses with its edgy exterior based on sleek, curvy lines that suggest speed and comfort. The sporty design is matched by the two Rolls-Royce water jets and the central booster, which help the yacht reach a maximum speed of 36 knots.

The beauty of this vessel is based on a continuous combination of contrasts. Classic and modern influences give a special charm to the interiors. Another beautiful contrast is that given by the use of very different materials, both in texture and in color. For instance, the delicate transparency of glass is balanced by the strength of steel, and the cream leather upholstery is boldly combined with dark Zebrano wood elements.

As guests get aboard the yacht, they reach the large aft deck, which is nicely fitted for lounging, sunbathing and alfresco dining. Dining outdoors is also possible at the stern, where a table for eight awaits its diners. Also at the stern there are several sunbeds, ideal for sunbathing or enjoying a cocktail in the sun. The overwhelming beauty of the yacht becomes apparent as one enters the luminous main saloon. Here a warm color palette dominates the space, with a luxe combination of beige and gold, and with accents of dark brown.

The main lounging area in the saloon is fitted with large, comfortable sofas, armchairs and hockers set in a symmetrical manner. What makes the saloon such a wonderful space, aside from its beautiful furniture and decors, is the huge windows and skylight, which allow natural light to flood the entire space. Placed exactly under the skylight is the saloon’s dining area. The table flaunts a white marble top with golden framing, and the chairs feature a simple, elegant design. A bar is also found in the main saloon, completing the various functions of this central room.

All guest cabins (two doubles, two twins and a VIP room) feature en-suite facilities and wardrobes. The generous owner’s suite measures approximately 463 square feet and it has separate his and hers bathrooms. It was decorated similarly to the main saloon, but with a more informal character.
